Terms of Service
Last Updated: January 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By hiring Trejo's Garden & Lawn Care LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for landscaping, lawn care, painting, or any related services, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services and Estimates
All estimates provided are approximate and based on the visual inspection of your property. While we strive to be as accurate as possible, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., hidden rock layers, bad soil conditions, extreme weather) may result in additional charges. Any changes to the original scope of work will be discussed and approved by the Client before proceeding.
3. Property Access and Utilities
The Client agrees to provide our team with safe and clear access to the property during scheduled service hours. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all pets are secured and that any obstacles (toys, hoses, furniture) are removed from the work area. We are not responsible for damage to hidden or improperly installed underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or invisible fences unless properly marked prior to our arrival.
4. Payments
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a prior agreement has been established (e.g., monthly maintenance billing). For large construction or hardscaping projects, a deposit may be required before work begins. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
5. Weather and Delays
Landscaping and exterior painting are highly weather-dependent. Trejo's Garden & Lawn Care LLC reserves the right to reschedule any service due to rain, extreme heat, snow, or unsafe working conditions. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.
6. Liability
We strive to provide the highest quality of work. However, Trejo's Garden & Lawn Care LLC is not liable for the natural death or failure of plants, grass, or trees after installation, provided that the failure was not due to improper installation. It is the Client's responsibility to properly water and maintain living elements post-service.
